The group of investors includes a large equity fund based in London that was originally established by Deutsche Bank and several prominent investors with wide experience in real estate, tourism, banking and media. One of the promoters of the project is head of the Bulgarian Golf Association, another is a former senior banker that has sat on the helm of one of the largest Bulgarian banks.
