Project Progress
It took a year before we were ready to launch our first properties for sale, the Hillside Apartments in Oct 2005, at the London Property Show. We officially launched the construction on July 15, 2006 with inauguration that had the Kavarna Mayor cut the symbolic ribbon of the first digging.
How To Invest
Investing with Thracian Cliffs is easy. It involves a few simple steps. Once you have located the property of your choice, you have to either sign a reservation agreement or directly enter into a preliminary sales contract. The benefit of the reservation agreement is that it gives you the opportunity to book your property immediately with only 1,500 EURO.
